The offer
The free quiz and guides are available without an account. A personalised automated PDF report costs £9.99, with no recurring subscription or percentage of your refund.
What you receive
A checklist based on your answers, linked official sources, records to gather and claim routes to check. The questionnaire does not establish a precise refund. Reports are general information, rather than individual professional advice.
Delivery
Reports are emailed after confirmed payment. We only enable checkout when payment and PDF-email delivery are configured. Check spam folders and contact us if the report has not arrived. A payment confirmation alone does not prove email delivery.
Cancellation and problems
Contact hello@taxdecoded.co.uk before supply begins if you wish to cancel. Checkout asks whether you want immediate digital delivery and acknowledge the effect on your cancellation right once supply begins. Your statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content remain.
Your claims
You check the facts and submit any claim yourself. HMRC makes the final decision. We do not represent you, file returns or promise a saving.
