Quiz answers stay in browser memory until you request a paid report. Refreshing or closing the page clears them. We do not send answers merely because you viewed results.
When you order a report
Your email and quiz answers are sent to our server to process the order, generate the PDF and deliver it. These answers can include financial, family and health information if you choose to supply it. Do not enter National Insurance numbers, bank details or other unnecessary identifiers.
Payment and delivery
Stripe handles card data. We store the order reference and answers separately from card data. Your email provider processes the report email. Our server keeps order records and generated reports; they are not served as public website files.
Marketing
Buying a report does not subscribe you to a marketing list. This checkout sends service and order emails only.
Retention and rights
Order and report records remain on our server until removed under our records-management process. Contact us for the applicable retention period, access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations.

Browser and security
We do not add advertising trackers in this patch. Stripe is loaded when you start checkout and may use its own security technologies. Normal server logs can contain technical request information.
